This document explains how data submitted through the forms and by email is processed.

Scope and purpose

Data from the forms (name, company name, email address, message content) is processed solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to enter into a contract. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest together with steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and, if a contract is concluded, for the period required by tax law.

Recipients

The hosting and email provider acting on the controller's behalf. Data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Cookies and analytics

The site uses an analytics tool that collects anonymised visit statistics. We do not use cookies for advertising profiling.
